Order Processing & Handling Time

Standard In-Stock & Refurbished Gear: Processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Distributor / Direct Ship Items: Orders for authorized direct-ship accessories or print music are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout. Standard domestic shipments are handled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on item size, weight, and delivery location. Tracking numbers are generated and emailed automatically upon dispatch.

P.O. Boxes & Large Hardware

Standard parcels may ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Larger pro audio hardware, heavy electronics, or direct distributor shipments require a physical street address.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

All items are securely packed following industry packaging standards. If your order arrives damaged during transit:

Save all original outer boxes, internal packing materials, and damaged goods.

Take clear photos of the packaging and damage.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Contact@treykaai.com with your order number and photos so we can initiate a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
